Prior to his real estate career, Ray had over 25 years of experience as a law enforcement investigator and writer. His professional experience includes serving with The President’s Commission on Organized Crime, the Department of Justice, three major congressional committees, and with the Office of Inspector General. His community involvement includes sitting on several HOA boards, community volunteering, and his all-time favorite, coaching various youth sport teams. Dru, a former elementary teacher, has been a regular school & community volunteer, serving with the local & county PTA, a Superintendent’s Task Force and the founder & manager of both an elementary tutoring program and a high school teen club for which she obtained funding grants. Since 1996 and 1999, Ray and Dru have been full-time licensed agents, always with Long and Foster. Together they bring an appreciation of information parents need to make good decisions regarding their children’s school, community and youth activity programs. As long-time Olney, Maryland residents, Ray and Dru are known for their involvement in community volunteer activities, ranging from youth sports and community service groups to labor and time intensive school volunteering.
